A Life in Words
Jennifer Ann Soley was born in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and moved to Malvern, Worcestershire with her family aged 17 at the turn of the millennium. She currently lives in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire with her teenage son and their two cats. Jennifer has always been a bookworm, one of her earliest memories being her Grandmother reading Enid Blyton stories to her and her two younger sisters. There was always a burning ambition to write but real life always seemed to get in the way. At the age of 38, the coronavirus lockdown gave Jennifer creative freedom when her physical freedom was taken away. She wrote he debut novel in the weeks of lockdown. Jennifer is so excited to publish her first book and cannot wait for you to read it.

GENEVIEVE’S STORY
Genevieve’s Story, the working title of Jennifer Ann Soley’s debut novel, is out soon.
Genevieve’s Story is a coming of age tale which follows the protagonists journey from shy 17 year old school girl to confident woman of 21. Genevieve’s Story addresses mental health, family relationships, sexuality and societies view of women. We see the world through Genevieve’s eyes and from the perspective of the man who helps her on her journey of self discovery, Christopher. At the heart of Genevieve’s story is the love she feels for Christopher and her recognition that without him she couldn’t be her.
